투정부리다 tu-jeong-bu-ri-da
To grumble, complain childishly, or pout to get attention
Lighter than '떼쓰다'. A girlfriend might '투정부리다' to her boyfriend because he didn't text her all day. It's a mild, sometimes affectionate form of complaining designed to elicit comfort.
